While waiting for Animal Control the dogs went and lay down.

I decided to leave the area when I noticed the female dog was sizing me up and getting closer.

Note the guarding posture...

Three "survivors".  The white one had her throat crushed, the black one would have been very savable except for the half eaten face....Wasabi is the spotted one lying next to her best buddy.

Close up of  facial damage.  The dogs went for the face, neck and legs.

This poor fellow had his nasal bone crushed.
